We’ve always received great service and food from Pie Guys in Meredith. This time I tried the steak and cheese pizza and wasn’t disappointed. it was fresh, hot, and delicious. It’s now my new go-to! The restaurant is small but clean. They offer outdoor seating as well.

Pie Guys Pizzeria - Meredith, NH 71 NH-104, Meredith, NH 03253 Local pride and fresh ingredients shine bright at Pie Guys Pizzeria, owned by the passionate and talented Matthew Nichols! Growing up in Meredith, Matthew pours his heart into every pizza, using Italian-imported tomatoes, non-GMO dough, and homemade sauces that bring authentic Italian flavors to town. We tried two pies on our visit: Steak and Cheese — Alfredo sauce, Philly shaved steak, caramelized onions, green peppers, and fresh mozzarella. Creamy and savory with every bite! Pepperoni, Ricotta & Hot Honey — Cup & char pepperoni, ricotta, hot honey, fresh mozzarella, and homemade sauce. This one was our favorite! The sweet drizzle of hot honey paired with the crispy pepperoni and creamy ricotta was chef’s kiss . Absolutely delicious and super flavorful! The sauce itself is on the sweeter side — personally, I love a crispier base, but that’s just my preference! Matthew is even working on a sourdough recipe , and I’m excited to come back and try it once it’s ready! Overall: 7/10 Great quality ingredients, hometown heart, and a cozy local vibe. If you love a doughier, sweeter pizza crust, you’ll be in heaven! Can’t wait to see how the sourdough evolves and to try more flavors in the future!

We just ordered a meat lovers and a Hawaiian pizza. We used online ordering with delivery and the website was super easy to use and delivery was fast! Pizza arrived hot and delicious! Great pizza, my family is very happy and full!

I've been pining for a good pizzeria in Meredith. My wife and I decided to try Pie Guys tonight. Of course I was a little skeptical for a few reasons. Very young owners and lets face it pizza in town sucks. Well these young owners know what they are doing. The service was truly top notch. Quick, friendly and even one of the owners recognized me from the restaurant I work for. Then I get home and try the pie. I mean look at the picture. Tons of roni, homemade sauce and awesome crust. Super impressed with this place and the owners. Hopefully we as a community can support these tenacious and talented young guys and keep them going!

Great surprise to find this pizza place in a strip mall. Great tasting pizza. Fruity sauce, tasty sweet dough, overall fresh product and excellent service. Not my favorite pepperoni type but that’s my preference. I just don’t like when they cook into grease pools.
